The bottom part is an image of Mount Rushmore, which was carved to honor four of America’s greatest presidents. Above the seal are two supporters; one supporter holds an American flag with thirteen stripes and one star while the other holds a banner with “South Dakota” written on it. Below it is a yellow banner with “Under God We Prosper” written in blue lettering.
