There are two kinds of submission to Yahoo search engine, free submission and paid inclusion. The former requires registration as a Yahoo email user. It does not guarantee inclusion.
Paid inclusion ensures that your web pages are included in the Yahoo! Search index and quality review by editors for relevance. However, it was not intended for placement or ranking in search results.
